During
their existence Provo launched numerous White Plans in which they provided
alternatives for social issues. White Plans included the White Small Beds
Plan, White Bicycle Plan (see: Provokatie
no. 5), White Car Plan, White City Plan, White Corpses Plan, White Chicken Plan, White Kids Plan, White Civil Servants
Plan, White Housing Plan, White Prison Cell Plan, White Schools Plan,
White Chimney Plan, White Sex Plan, White Press Plan and the White Wives plan.

plan suggested the conversion of the police into friendly social workers
carrying useful items such as matches, band aids and condoms
Some of these pamphlets have a Provo declaration on the back protesting against the police violence at the
opening of the photo exhibition "10-3-1966"
